The IRS won’t call about your stimulus money

Most people have already gotten their economic stimulus payments, but the Internal Revenue Service is still sending them out. If you haven’t gotten yours yet or have questions about it, the IRS has a number you can call to get answers to common questions.

But the IRS won’t be calling you.

Scammers pretending to be from the government can rig up caller ID to look like a call is coming from the government. Savings & Money Market Account Transaction Limits

The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System has temporarily amended its Regulation D, Reserve Requirements of Depository Institutions, to eliminate the six-per-month limit on convenient transfers and withdrawals from “savings deposit” accounts.  The amendments are intended to allow depository institution customers more convenient access to their funds and to simplify account administration for depository institutions.

As such, effective immediately and until further notice, accountholders can make an unlimited number of convenient transfers and withdrawals from their savings and standard money market accounts.
